Emmrich is a talented necromancer with the ability to sense and commune with spirits (e.g. he informs Lucanis, who hosts the demon known as Spite, that he can converse with Spite if he is standing close enough to Lucanis; no other characters are shown to be able to hear the demon). If your character has some kind of supernatural passenger or broader enchantment about them, there's a non-zero chance that Emmrich would be able to sense it. pearl — she has a power to manipulate other people's abilities so she'd probably look a little weird to him because there is nothing concrete just potential, also he can maybe sense the now non-functioning dampening power of the cuffs fused into her wrists?
